Frequently asked questions
How many images can I use?
Up to 150 frames in one GIF. If you add a GIF, each of its frames is added with its original timing.
My images are different sizes. What happens?
All frames are made the size of the smallest image (or a width you choose). Pick "Fit whole image", "Fill and crop" or "Stretch", and an alignment such as Center or Top.
Can each frame have a different time?
Yes. Type the seconds under any frame. Changing "Time per frame" in the settings sets the same time for all frames.
What does crossfade do?
It adds soft blended frames between your images, so each picture fades smoothly into the next one instead of jumping.
How do I make the GIF smaller?
Pick a smaller width (320 or 480 px) and fewer images. You can also use our Compress GIF tool afterwards.
Is it really free? Do you add a watermark?
Yes, it is completely free with no sign-up, no watermark and no daily limits. The site is supported by a few non-intrusive ads.
